The Esonic MQ-99 is a discreet voice recorder built into a functional ballpoint pen, designed to capture conversations clearly while remaining completely unnoticed.

It features both continuous recording and sound-activated recording (SVOS). In sound activation mode, the device automatically records when sound is detected and switches to standby after 1 minute of silence, optimizing battery life and storage usage.

The built-in rechargeable battery provides up to approximately 27 hours of continuous recording, with standby time reaching up to 30 days depending on usage.

The device connects directly via USB by unscrewing the center of the pen, allowing easy access to recordings without any additional software. Files can be played, copied, or deleted just like a standard USB drive on both Windows and Mac systems.

Each recording is automatically timestamped with date and time for easy organization.
